We’ll bring your prescription right to your location.
First Time Users
If it’s your first time using our service, we’ll help you get set up quickly. Simply call us or fill out our online form and provide the following information:
- Name
- Current address & phone number
- DOB
- Doctor’s name & number
- Expiration date of your recommendation*
We’ll verify this information and give you a call right back to take your order. Please also have a photocopy of your doctors recommendation and drivers license for our driver. If you don’t have copies of these documents, let us know and we’ll come armed with a copy machine.
*Expired recommendations are not valid and will be instantly declined membership.
